Each member may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and funds may be confiscated.

3.3 Keeping Information Up to Date

It is your responsibility to keep the personal information on your account accurate and current at all times. If anything changes, update your details as soon as possible or notify our support team.

3.4 Account Verification

For security purposes, xbagy reserves the right to verify members' identities. This verification is typically completed using a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the xbagy platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

• Deposited funds may take standard processing time to appear in your account.
• Use the correct reference number and amount when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• xbagy reserves the right to verify funds in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals will be approved only after account verification is complete.
• If there is an active bonus balance, the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• xbagy reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of unusual betting patterns.
• Do not submit the same withdrawal request more than once.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → ৳2,500 total to play with.
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → ৳20,000 total.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus portion only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in total bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may have its own terms — read the details of the relevant offer before participating.
• xbagy reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Adding another bonus while one is active may not be possible.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it converts to cash only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Unused bonus balance is automatically removed when a bonus expires.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular members can join xbagy's VIP program. Weekly cashback is available across four tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets on xbagy are final — once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet remains in an unresolved state due to a technical error, xbagy reserves the right to cancel and adjust it.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to all sports markets, including cricket:

• If a match or event is postponed or abandoned, a decision on the bet will be made in accordance with the relevant rules.
• If there is a clear error in published odds, xbagy may cancel that bet.
• xbagy's decision is final in determining the outcome of any event.

6.3 Casino & Games

The rules of the relevant game provider apply to slots, live casino, and other games. Results coming from the game provider are final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, xbagy may decide at its own discretion whether to offer compensation or cancel the bet.
